Posts: 6366 (04/30/08 12:54:30) Blond For a Day Reply Quote More My Recent Posts Message Me Connection Blocking Invite Ignore User's Posts	i just got hired at GE [my dad works there] for Environmental Health and Safety for the summer. $16/hr. the catch? its in Arnprior. halfway between Ottawa and Renfrew. so it looks like im moving home for the summer. my whole life got thrown for a loop today. i didnt even have an interview for this job. i just got it. here, have a $16 job. so now sometime i'll be moving to renfrew to live with my mom and hijack her car so i can drive the 20 mins to work [my dad works too much overtime for me to go with him]. i guess andrew and i will be making lots of weekend trips. man. i can't even believe this right now. everything will be weird! but it means i wont be living with my stupid roommate. that's great. you're a tickety tack tranny hot mess out of control super tranny from transylvania who is not apologizing for it

In fact I live 10 minutes from its headquarters. My intention was to wear sneakers for most of the day yesterday. But then our new VP showed up at the office so then it became all about dressing to impress the new guy even if it meant excrutiating pain. At some point my toe stopped hurting. Today I have on sneakers because we wear jeans on Fridays. I'm not that excited about the weekend because I will be working tomorrow. So I've been doing the teaching Jr. Achievement thing and I decided that if I ever get laid off from this job, I'm going back to school to become a second grade teacher. What's this all about?
